Guimaras is an ideal place to live in,a well known place all over the Philippines because of its sweetest mangoes.It is an island province located in the western Visayas Region of Panay and very close to Iloilo,situated in Panay Gulf and Negros.
It’s Tuesday morning around 8:30am when I started my adventure to Guimaras island a little bit wavy and windy due to low pressure but it’s not a hindrance if you are a traveller.Ready to conquer the road and seas just to discover something really interesting. My trip planned is going to Nueva Valencia.

📌Around 8:30am I took jeepney Jaro Liko from Alta Tierra village to Ortiz wharf with a fare of php 10
🛳Around 9:30 I took a boat ride from Ortiz wharf to Jordan wharf with a minimum fare of php14.Waiting time takes 15minutes..I noticed boat leaves every 15minutes.as long as it’s already loaded..but no worries it’s so fast.
📸Arriving at Jordan wharf already 9:50am I took a jeepney again waiting time takes long time as jeepney goes only when it’s full, a minimum fare of 40php up to Barangay Dolores, Nueva Valencia.
☕Arrived there around 11:30already..so I take a motorcycle ride again to Guisi lighthouse ,motorcycle ride is negotiable but so far so good coz they are very easy to go along with and friendly.No complaints can demand the place you wanted to go based on the plan I had.Overall tour guide and motorcycle ride worth 1000php.
⛺Finally arrived safe to the place I wanted to.A natures eye resort ..minimum stay is 1500php.but I got a discounted price from a friendly owner and a friendly me…😊depends on how you talk to her and a very friendly staff as well.
Moving farther to Barangay Tandao wherein a hidden paradise situated ,keep a walk down the hills to the beach and wow it is really amazing journey..take a hike to the hills along the way you will meet the guard who will guide you to the reception area of Nature’s eye.They got aslo a shuttle boat waiting on the other side of the beach but you have to pay extra.It’s open for sightseeing but if you are a nature lover like me you will fall in love the place at your first sight and indeed yes I do !A hidden paradise is perfect for a couple and for anyone who loves nature.Anything you may see here are truly natures.A place where you can relax your mind.A place to take a shoots with nature.A back to back beach with matching hike gives more thrills on your stay.A silent night will makes you sleep early and the sounds of natures makes you wonder where it came from.At first I cannot sleep well haha😂😂I am scared by my own moves.Alone in the jungle with faraway neighbors.Cool wind breeze makes you sleep tight😉I have nothing to ask for more but Thanks so much for Mein ein,Mein Mann for sending me to the place I dreamed of!😘

A whole night stay was awesome full of courage to live in a jungle.Morning came and need to move out to Alubijod,an exciting place to visit and yes it doesn’t fail my expectation except the rates.😉

Furthermore, while on the way back to Jordan wharf one place catch my attention.I asked the driver to drop me there for some minutes.Woodlandresort,it is situated on top of the mountain,a perfect place in every occassion.It is also perfect for bike trail,swimming as they have their own pools.A friendly staff that I am supposedly pay for the entrance fee for sightseeing but of course be friendly any times and anything will be all right😉free of charge😂Capturing moments that is strange to me is my passion.And I have nothing to ask for more.Thanks guys for reading until next time.
