According to the tour guide of this mansion,The Beaux Art mansion was built in 1928 by Don Vicente Lopez for his beloved wife Hofileña on 2 hectares of farm rice land which Don Vicente bought at 1peso\square meter.
Nelly Garden was named after Don Vicente Lopez favorite daughter, Nelly and was famous for its flower gardens.It has also a mini gulf course.
